Ανακοίνωση αποτελεσμάτων
της κλινικής δοκιμής EPYDIS φάσης ΙΙΙ,
για το Givinostat της εταιρίας Italfarmaco Group
H εταιρεία Italfarmaco ανακοίνωσε τη σύσταση που δέχτηκε για συνέχιση της κλινικής δοκιμής EPYDIS φάσης 3 για το φάρμακο Givinostat στη Μυϊκή Δυστροφία Duchenne.
Η ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων της φάσης 2 έδειξε πως η χορήγηση Givinostat σε συνδυασμό με την αγωγή με κορτικοστερινοειδή επιβραδύνει την εξέλιξη της ασθένειας.
