Η εταιρεία Amylyx Pharmaceuticals ανακοίνωσε τις νεότερες εξελίξεις σχετικά με την υπό εξέταση αίτηση της στην Επιτροπή Φαρμάκων για Ανθρώπινη Χρήση (CHMP) του Ευρωπαϊκού Οργανισμού Φαρμάκων (EMA) για χορήγηση άδειας κυκλοφορίας του AMX0035 (sodium phenylbutyrate and ursodoxicoltaurine) ως αγωγή για τα άτομα με Πλαγία Μυατροφική Σκλήρυνση (ALS). Έπειτα από προφορική ενημέρωση σε σχετική συνάντηση που διεξήχθη με την επιτροπή CHMP, η εταιρεία Amylyx ενημερώθηκε ότι η Επιτροπή τείνει να γνωμοδοτήσει αρνητικά ως προς το να χορηγήσει άδεια κυκλοφορίας υπό όρους για το AMX0035.
